About Shaun
I am a former boxer who has been teaching the sport in both CT and CA for the past 15 years. I recently opened a gym in Norwalk CT. I do group classes as well as personal training. If you're up for it, I also have sparring nights. My prices are very affordable and you are never left on your own to "figure it out" You will have an incredible work-out, learn now to box, meet some great people, and have fun.
Watching Rocky movies when I was in high school.
I am a former boxer who has trained in Ct, Ma, and CA. I have trained people on both coasts for 15 years. I am USA Boxing certified.

I train all skill levels so it varies. Classes begin with a warm up, 10 rds on the bags and mitts, and the final 15 min is dedicated to core/muscle endurance. For personal training, I do mitt work the entire session. I feel mitt work is the best way to learn.
I have worked with kids from 7 years old to adults, all skill levels.
Make sure that person has the proper experience and that they love what they do.
I love watching all the fights. It is my passion.
