About Justin
We are a sports based training facility that offers a variety of sports specific equipment to mold any player. To name a few we have 200+ lb tires, sleds, verta max, squat racks, hex bars, turf, heavybags, gloves, mitts, hand weights, battle ropes and the list goes on. I specialize in boxing training and strength and conditioning.
The thing I would have to say I love the most about my profession is definitely the boxing training. I find a Joy in helping others gain confidence and assurance in themselves and there abilities. The second would be helping those who are out of shape get in good shape.
