About Emanuel
Resuscitation Taskforce CPR TRAINING
Helping others get certified in BLS CPR training.
I got started when I was giving tips on how to punch correctly to a total stranger in the gym and after our coaching session she recommended me to a friend of hers who wanted to box as a cardio workout and that was the birth of LIONBLOOD TRAINING.
I've been a boxing intructor since 2013 and boxed myself from age 12 until 21. I was the lead boxing instructor for TRUFITNESS GYM in Wylie Tx until they closed it down.

I assess them first on what they are wanting. Then I put a program together to help them meet their goals!! We ease into it typically until they are comfortable with the workouts then we add a little bit more per session.
I've worked with kids from age 5-17, as well as adults 18-74. From weight lifters, to boxers. You name it, I've worked in that athletic profession.
Always listen and be coachable. Your transition will be a lot smoother and results will come faster!!!
I'm fond of the wilder versus Fury fight that just recently aired on payperview!! It was a great match.
