About Matthew J
I started teaching helping teach classes for my trainer in October of 2008 at the school I was training at and by 2010 Teaching became a passion of mine and I started my school while I was still teaching at the gym I originally started training out of.
I'm a certified Muay Thai Trainer Under Kru Mark DellaGrotte of Sityodtong Boston. I am also a certified boxing coach and Kickboxing trainer.

When working with a new student I like to focus on basic fundamentals - stance, footwork, basic striking techniques, and defense. I also like to implement conditioning because conditioning is very important when learning Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, and MMA.
I've worked with all ages from 5 to 75 years of age. I've worked with autistic children and adults. And I've worked with students who have had PTSD, social anxiety, and students who are handicapped. I've worked with both amateur and professional fighters. As well as other professional athletes.
I'd recommend Checking for their credentials and reviews on that instructor. Make sure the environment you are going to be training at doesn't have a toxic atmosphere.
August of 2021 I had a few of my students become trainers under me and it's been a privilege to watch them grow into amazing teachers.
