About Samantha
I have a foundation in classical ballet and have studied many other dance forms throughout my life. Since 1998 my main passion is Arab American cabaret belly dance and regional arab folkloric dance styles. I have studied with many of the great instructors from Egypt, the middle east and the U.S. My classes focus on rythym, technique, combinations and choreography. Finger cymbal technique and beginning darabuka as well.
Dancing gives you greater self confidence, make you stronger in body and mind, improves your self awareness and brings joy! Nothing makes me happier than to see my students gain these things.

I will ask about their past excercise and dance training history as well as any physical challenges they have or have had. New students are prepared with basic posture and alignment instruction which is ongoing.
