About Crystal
I have been an athlete most of my life! I’ve won 3 state championships Texas (1998, 1999 & 2001). Played collegiately and contributed to a nationally ranked program at the NAIA level. I coached all positions (1-5) at the Division I NCAA women’s basketball level. I had a stint at Central Michigan University (Mount Pleasant, MI) and another stint at St. Francis University (Loretto, PA). I also coached at the interscholastic level for three years in Pennsylvania, two years in Michigan and currently coaching in the Waco area.
I am looking to develop gritty, fundamentally sound athletes who love to compete and push themselves daily to get better.
A large part of the training will be adding a framework to develop your athlete’s skill set. But the rest will be up to them to put in to practice when they’re not in training.
I specialize in ball handling, shooting form, post footwork, defensive footwork and finishing around the basket.
