About Andraous
Welcome! My teaching focuses on my student's strengths and reasons for learning. I ensure that students are taught from a personalized curriculum that brings them closer to their goals while emphasizing the sports fundamentals that will prepare and enrich them for life. I am passionate about football, basketball, baseball, and track. I believe I can engage any curious or dedicated student with this eclectic mix of perspectives and experience.
As the captain of my high school team and learning how motivate and lead . I took serious and learn so much. When I saw how successful I was I decided then to make a career out of it.
I have 17 years of experience in coaching and training in. I've worked in gym, schools, and with different teams.

Dre does a phenomenal job working with his clients, rapidly increasing strength, agility, fitness and quickness. I believe if you are an athlete, or just wanting to get in better shape, he can make an enormous difference in your training and help you. My experience was fantastic, and Dre trained our 10 year old daughter in speed and agility. He is great with kids, and is a wonderful person on top of all the professional accolades.
