About Joey

I am a college basketball coach at Stevenson University and personal trainer for basketball players of all ages and levels!

I played high school basketball at Dulaney High School and then went to Penn State York and had a very sucessful college career there !

I take pride in my coaching and training to see my players grow on the court and off the court !

I have trained players of all levels, Middle school / high school / college / and even professional players!

My facebook is " Joey O'Dwyer " and my twitter is " joey_odwyer " and my instagram is " joeyodwyer_ "

I started personal training in basketball my sophmore year of college during the summers.

I played in high school and college level and worked with all levels and have been coaching college basketball for acouple of years now and I have been around the game of basketball for my whole life

About the lesson

First training session would be talking to player on what they want to improve on and evaluating their game... putting them through drills that test their ability to see what I think they need to improve on.

I have worked with players of ALL levels from elementary school to NBA players.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I would say have places in your game where you want to improve... for example, ball handling, shooting, passing, defense, etc....
