About
Hi, I’m Meighan Simmons, and I bring over 10+ years of experience as both a professional basketball player and certified player development coach.
After playing at the University of Tennessee under Hall of Fame Coach Pat Summitt and competing in the WNBA and overseas, I’ve transitioned into skill development full-time—equipping athletes with the mindset, skills, and structure they need to succeed at any level.
What I love most about this work is watching confidence grow—from that first hesitant dribble to executing with poise and power. Every athlete is different, so I tailor each session to their specific needs—focusing on everything from advanced ball handling and shot mechanics to court vision and game IQ.
What makes my training stand out is the blend of elite experience and personal mentorship. I don’t just train skills—I help players understand the game, build discipline, and lead with confidence.
Whether you’re preparing for school tryouts, AAU exposure, or the next level, I’m here to develop the complete athlete—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Let’s work.
