About Theodore
I have coached youth from 4 to 18 years of age in recreational leagues as well as on an individual level. I teach each player based on individual needs. My instructions are tailored to the individual, both from their maturity as well as their current abilities. I talk as well as listen to the player.
I do not focus on the usual drills that are coached. I instruct each individual so that they under why they are doing a specific drill. I teach the player as opposed to simply repeating drills a player can find online.
I give constant feedback to each player and ask for players to ask me the whys.
My coaching philosophy is to teach players the hows and the whys of what I'm teaching. I consider myself a teacher coach.
