About Reggie

I'm Reginald Groves, a professional coach and NBA skills trainer with years of experience helping athletes reach the highest levels of basketball. I've had the privilege of training NBA players including Paul George, Jimmy Butler, Jae Crowder, and many other professional athletes, giving me firsthand insight into what it takes to compete and succeed at the elite level.

When you train with me, you'll receive the same attention to detail, skill development, and professional approach that I use with NBA players. Every workout is designed to improve your fundamentals, basketball IQ, confidence, and game-specific skills. Whether you're looking to become a better shooter, improve your ball handling, develop footwork, or prepare for the next level, each session is tailored to your individual goals.

About the lesson

Basketball lessons offered by Reggie are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Raleigh. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.

Perfect! I am very impressed with Reggie and the skill level he sets for my son and helps him to achieve his goals!! My son has improved each time he walks out the door. The work outs are very high impact and challenging!! I would recommend him to any one who wants to better their skills and techniques on the court!!
