About Justin

I am acceptional at working with kids and teaching them the fundamentals of baseball. A calm, positive yet constructive trainer. I thrive when coaching younger students of the game, for the past 7 years baseball players between the ages of 5-18, who play in all different competitive divisions and leagues.

I love baseball and teaching the knowledge I have gained through out the years and passing it down to the next generation of players, seems like the proper way to pass this game on for future generations.

After I hung my cleats up, I immediately began coaching with my high school and college teams, specializing in infield and hitting. (Two things I specialized in). From there I have been coaching between levels in New York and Florida.

About the lesson

Typically, the new student process is one of evaluation and basic assessments. Each player is different in their personality and abilities. Therefore, requiring different types of coaching. Once a new student has been evaluated I create a custom practice/workout routine for that individual player.
