About Terry

I help youth athletes and adults that want to get back into shape but don't want to go to a gym. You don't need a lot of weights to get into shape just desire.

I enjoy the look on peoples faces when they can see the weight coming off and they know they are working hard to get to their goals.

I love working with athletes and I am a former athlete it just came natural.

I am a former middle and high school teacher and coach. I am also a retire military member that coached two All Navy Teams in two different sports.

About the lesson

I have to meet with them and find out what are their goals and what they are trying to accomplish. Then after a workout assessment we will together come up with a plan to reach that goal.

Youth, middle and high school athletes. I have 4 athletes that where students that are now I n the NFL.

Talk to them and meet with them before you hire anyone.

I just finished swimming 2 miles in less than 30 minutes

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What it is they are truly trying to accomplish and what is their overall goal.
