About Brigit
My main priority is to make you want to keep training. Everytime we meet, we will work hard and come back stronger the next time. I played all positions on the court as a 6'0" female. I will provide you with ball handling skills, post moves, cardio training, and mid range training. It is best to be an all around player to make your defender work harder to cover you.
I always loved motivating kids and young adults to be the best they can be at a certain skill and it has brought me lots of joy starting at a young age at the YMCA.
I have worked with kids ages 6 and up at my local YMCA.
