Hello Im Chris. Former College Basketball Player, Semi-Pro Football Player & Personal Trainer.
With over 20 years of combined game & training experience I look to help surpass your athletic goals. I will custom tailor a coaching plan to help you dominate the competition. I have trained & coached at all levels of experience from 5 year old flag football players to ESPN top 100 high schoolers to D1 PAC12 athletes. You have to beat the best to be the best so now is time to GRIND!!!

After meeting with a client I write down our personal goals. Perform a client assessment to know what our baseline starting point is. Form a rigorous training program for at home use when not with trainer. I like to see my clients 3 days per week but it is not mandatory for my services, I feel that gives the best active memory for maximum in game results. All training is position specific and customized for each athlete.
