About Eric

We provide individual and group training that emphasizes the fundamentals of the gam, skill development and confidence building. Each session is designed to cater to the clients aptitude and skill level. We take a comprehemsive approach that will allow each student to see growth and improvement as they continue their lessons.

About the lesson

The first step we take with our student is an assesment of their knowledge of the game, physical ability and level of conditioning. Next we formulate a plan based on that assesment. Each session starts off with warm up and stretch. There is a heacy emphasis on technique and practicing correctly that will allow for self correction when practicing alone. The goal for each session is to challenge the student to push themselves and have fun.
