About Justin

Love to help my students improve & achieve their goals and dreams, while also helping them become better people on and off the court. There's nothing more satisfying than seeing my student put in the work, time, & effort and see the fruits of their labor directly affect their play at practice, in games, and gain respect amongst their peers and teammates. I demand and get results.

Met a kid in a gym one day, started showing him a few things, His ain't asked me to be his trainer ... here i am 10+ years later still at it. I went on to train his little brother and 100's of more. They became a 2nd family. Both kids received bball scholarship offers. As well as many of my other students through out the years. My past players parents still send me clients to this day. This is actually my first time advertising myself. I just want the world to be better at Ball !! 🌎 🏀

I have played College basketball and still am currently playing Semi-Pro Basketball. I've studied in Sports Administration as well. Ball is second nature to me. I have been playing competitively on a high level, since a young age

About the lesson

In the first handful of sessions I like to teach the layout of my workouts & set a routine tailor fitted to the player. We progress as the player progresses and makes it through the first phases of my blue print.

All the way from 4 years old to adults. Beginners, intermediate, advanced and atkwtes athletes. Park league players, cyo players, elementary, middle school, H.S. college and pro athletes, I have trained them all.

Go with your gut, feel the teacher out. Make sure it's a right fit for you. And that you both understand your goals and what you are trying to achieve.

AbA basketball. Which stands for "American Basketball Association." It is the current semi-pro league that I play in. Well respected ... The league is nation wide with over 100+ teams.... 30+ game season, then playoffs, play in games. To make it to the elite 8 down to the final four then championship.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What level of training is it. Does the teachers workout meet what they are trying to accomplish or improve on. How serious is the trainer... (I'm a stickler for detail :)

40$ A session, bulk packages get discounted to 30$ a session when payed at the start of training... I.e. 5 sessions for 150$. 10 sessions for 300$ (I include bonus speed, cardio, agility, explosion, vertical, & strength workouts for students who sign up for this package as I see fit... no extra charge.)
