About Dominic

I am a previous college basketball player at Tulane and NYU. I focus specifically on functional training and preparing the player to be better, focused, and ready to play at the highest level in the game on instinct. "Amateurs practice until they get it right, professionals practice until they can't get it wrong"

I love the game of basketball at every level. I have a passion for the game that hasn't died since I was a child, and has continued through my life post career. I enjoy opening up my heart and passion to give whatever I've learned to every individual I work with.

Spend some time trying to understand the player and their habits, then come up with a pointed plan to attack weaknesses and make strengths stronger.

I have experience in basketball since I am 5 years old through college; as well as training and experience working with individual players in Manhattan and New Orleans during my time in those cities.

About the lesson

I spend some time getting to understand the students' game and habits. I want to know 1.) What your goals are 2.) Where your game is 3.) Make a gameplan on how to attack and improve on weaknesses, and make strenghts stronger.

High School and College aged.

Find someone who will give you functional, game training. I see trainers having high schoolers shoot square basketballs to teach "proper form" however learning to shoot a square will never help in a game. Focus on game level training.
