About Adam
Repetitive drills and one on ones as well as tips to strengthen your full body as this is a contact sport. Heavy cardio also becuase you do need to be in your best shape to be able to run and down court for sometimes 7 to 8 mins straight. Also health and nutritional help to stay in your best shape.
Making you better and being able to keep seeing improvements. You must put in the work i know i did and it always pays off. Teaching is a passion and i believe one can always be better everyday!!
