About Chris
The attention to detail with our skills training.
I have 10 years of playing professional basketball.
We also offer strength and conditioning as well as speed and agility.
The love of the game for one. I saw so many bad trainers and trainers who have cookie cutter workouts or drills that just look good. My focus is results.
Coached middle school and high school as well as eybl (Nike league).
