About the lesson

I actually love teaching the game to all ages. First, I get to know the parents and player and evaluate skill levels. We develop strengths, work to build confidence, and identify bad habits. I teach basic fundamentals and advanced skills, and use drills to reinforce. I teach the Don Eddy shooting technique. We repeat the motion until we get it fine tuned, the goal being muscle memory for automatic response in a game. With more advanced players, we work to improve skills and perfect the finer points of their game.

All school age players from "Little Dribblers" to High School Varsity
