About Theresa
I not only teach kids fundamental skills and the art of running and basketball. I teach them self confidence, visualization and taking ownership over their own destiny.
I have seen time and again the progress students have made just by beliveing in themselves and playing with confidence! It is so exciting and is my mission in life to affect as many student athletes as possible!
I was a 4 year varsity letter for my highschool basketball team. A captain for 3 of those years. Offered a college scholarship but decided to go a different route! My boyfriend is a professional basketball player overseas and we have put together workouts for a variety of different people who are at different levels and goals.

I like to get to know them a little bit. Have them write down specific goals we want to accomplish. I take them through a normal training session with them. And then I follow up and see what they liked and maybe want to change.
