About the lesson

I would start with a 'meet & greet to find out their history with other trainers and then see what they are looking to work on.

I've worked with students from ages of Junior High to College.

Listen to understand, not react

Let's be better than we were the day before

I helped facilitate an 'open tryout at my former college. My duties were to run drills to access potential scholar-athletes skill level. At the conclusion I gave my thoughts on who we should extend an offer to come to the school for the upcoming school year.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Am I willing to change?
