Her knowledge and willingness to teach

I liked how there was never a moment where I felt like I couldn’t achieve any of the exercises. For instance it was hard for me to sit back on my heels with squatting but we found a modification for me to still do that exercise and work on that. I liked the willingness to find a way for me to do it. The overall training session vibe was great. Even when I only had a set amount of reps, having Sierra there it just pushes you and motivates you to do a little more than expected. That extra push of motivation sets the bar and makes you want to go the workout. Yeah we get sore and sometimes and don’t feel like working out thats normal but working with SieFit you still get the energy of actually wanting to go and not miss a session. You go at your pace but still go hard! I would recommend SieFit if you haven’t tried it yet!

Sierra brings so much knowledge of basketball along with fitness to help my daughter get to a level she wants to compete at. She brings so much energy and professionalism to each training which makes my daughter strive to be the best she can be on the court. She helps each athlete individually reach their potential with a very positive attitude. My daughter has loved working with Sierra over the years and always looks forward to her training sessions. On the court Sierra is a great mentor and coach to her players but off the court she’s an even better person.
