About Jason
Our service stands out because we care just as much about the 23 hours outside the gym as the 1 hour inside the gym! Fitness and health is a lifestyle and the first word in personal training is personal! what i enjoy the most is the consistent efforts all my clients give me daily. It motivates me to never let my guard down for even a second and always keeps me on my toes. Both in fitness, and in education in health
When you train with me, I push your body to its limits. I always take it to failure and push to go more. We demand your body to change, that way you are guaranteed results. I practice what i preach and live the healthy, balanced lifestyle everyday! I believe in facing your fears and when you overcome them, gaining confidence along the way.
