About Coach

I have been coaching at the rec program and aau level for over 25 years. I am an 9 year basketball offical. My passion is to see kids improve and being able to contribute to their teams with hard work, dedication, team work and playing the game with respect for the game. We work fundamentals to beginners. For the more advance player, we do work on more advanced drills to help them improve their game and compete at a high level.

seeing players improve their game and figuring out what we were working on and improving on that particular drill or skill

started coaching in the local rec program in 1991

I've coached for over 25 in the rec and aau teams. I've also been donig work with individual players for over 10 years.

About the lesson

first timer observe what they can do. then we start doing skill work we finish up with a game

I have worked with beginner and more advanced players

make sure the coach is about player development and working on the whole game of basketball not just one area.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
1. what areas do I need to improve in?

2. How can I improve in those areas?

3. Am I willing to put the time and effort in outside of training with the coach to get better
