About Sentia
Hi all! My name is Sentia, I’m 24 and I’m a retired D1 women’s basketball player. I am looking to train young aspiring female post players in grades 7-12. I want to be clear I have not trained anyone before but I have played basketball since I was 7 and have experienced and played in rec leagues, club, high school and at the D1 college level. I’ve had many coaches and trainers and believe I’ve picked up enough knowledge and skills to pass on to young girls looking to better their game. I believe athletes are people first and will have a better chance of success with someone in their corner who believes in them in all aspects of their life athletic and non.
