About Matt

Passionate about helping young baseball players enjoy the game by having greater success.

Division 1 baseball player and Certified Personal Trainer has been teaching baseball and training athletes for years in a fun environment.

After years of watching unqualified coaches tread water, I decided I wanted to help youth players have a better experience.

I played 4 years at Boston College and have been coaching baseball/teaching hitting for more than 15 years.

About the lesson

The first lessons with a new student will be 60 - 90 minutes. After a good warm up, I will evaluate where the student is as a hitter through a round of live BP. We will capture some relevant data on how hard they hit the ball, take some video for review and then come up with a customized training plan.

I have worked with students as young at 7 through High School age. Beginners as well as elite players for their age.
