About Emily
I have been in sports since I was three, my whole life I have always wanted to coach kids and help them learn more about sports. I want to influence kids to play sports and try new things. I coached lacrosse and soccer, and I used to play volleyball and gymnastics. I'm excited to teach children more about sports.
I started coaching, and I loved it, I want to influence more kids to start new things.
I coached for 3 years and I'm in school for Phys Ed teaching.

My typical process to working with a new student is first I would break down the sport to them, begin with the basics.
Special needs kids, older kids, younger kids
My advise would be step out of your comfort zone, you never know if you might love the sport, always try something, if you don't like it at least you said you tried it.
