About George

I started teaching through the through working side-by-side with previous coaches and mentors. I have always aimed to share my love and knowledge of the game with others.

I have played competitive basketball for over fifteen years, including college. I was a member of a high school championship team. Finally, I have had the pleasure of working alongside some of the top coaches throughout Miami-Dade, creating a network of amazing mentors that have helped develop my training skills.

About the lesson

I have a methodical approach for each new student. We start with a basic assessment workout to understand the student's current skills, opportunities, and goals. Ensuring that the student and I are both aligned to thier goals is extremely important. Then, I develop a workout plan specifically designed to address the student's opportunity areas and individual goals.

I have worked with a variety of students from kids 10 and under, to college athletes, to graduates preparing for professional opportunities.
