About Michael
Over 40 years Coaching experience, from every walk of life and every level of abilities. My genuine enthusiasm to help these athletes to reach their goals is apparent and infectious in a way that will empower whoever I work with when they leave the Gym to know they can get the work done !.
I love to teach and again empower those to know they can with hard work and persistence obtain any goal they set for themselves albeit in the Athletice arena or outside the lines.
Seeing the light come on for themselves is really what I enjoy most, see those small victories as steps towards the Goal is the indicator the Championship is real and obtainable.
I've Coached Basketball from the youth to H.S. levels, for over 20 years.
