About Jake

My name is Jacob Lindland, and I offer individualized basketball training sessions, specializing in player development. I played D2/D3 college basketball and led my conference in 3-point shooting. I'm also a nationally certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).

Each athlete starts with a free skills session, and I build a custom package based on your goals and training frequency.
At this time, I do not have access to a private gym facility. All training sessions are currently offered at your home or a nearby park. I bring the necessary equipment and tailor each session to fit your space and goals.

NCAA Basketball player for Salem State University

Conducted over 50 private lessons.

About the lesson

I always do an evaluation for the first lesson at no cost. I try to understand the clients current skill level and future goals.

All skill sets, from beginner, all the way to professional.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
