About Terence
Grew up in the sport and have a life long passion for the game. A lot of people get lost in the highlights and glory of the sport but you can't get to that point without knowing yourself as a player first of all but also knowing the fundamentals and IQ of the game. If you have a passion for hooping and looking to perfect your craft and put the time in the gym let's lock in and unleash that potential your striving for while having fun and getting better everyday we put the work in.
Seeing the growth and progress the athletes make, watching them develop there game and seeing work pay off when they go play and progress in life. No better feeling than seeing a athlete strive to get better and the work paying off.
Moved to Colorado Springs and seen the talent level out here and noticed that a lot of the athletes here have love for the game but need someone dedicated to helping perfect the craft and learn the game.
Have trained players and played basketball my entire life. Been around the sport and soaked up so much knowledge from many different levels of the sport.

It's important to get to know the students, learn who they are as a player but also as a person to know where they are in the process and what strengths/weakness to work with. Yes I want to build these kids as athletes but also want to build character so knowing who you are dealing with is important.
Middle school, high school, youth.
Get to know your trainer, find someone just as passionate about developing your game as you are about wanting to get better and grind it out together.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Asking themselves what they really want out of the sport. Knowing how far you wanna get with the sport and setting realistic goals for yourself.
