kJ Lett is a great teammate and a strong leader. On the court KJ was a great facilitator. He has great vision and is able to create shots for everyone on the court. kJ also has a High IQ and can create his shot well. Playing with all these tools KJ is easily one of the most efficient players I’ve played with. kJ is work ethic is like no other. When he sets a goal he accomplishes it. kJ is a very positive and motivating spirit, his high energy and wisdom for the game makes him a great person to work with.

In the year of 2017 I met my teammate, roommate, and friend Kurinus Lett. We had been recruited to play for the same university and were in contact early on before we would come back in the fall for early conditioning, we would always check in on each other every other day on routines and the type of work we needed to be ready for collegiate basketball and ready for college level classes. This showed me ahead of time the type of energy that KJ embodied and I wanted to stick around someone with the type of determination to become the athlete he dreamed of becoming. During our time in Robert Morris University (Peoria), KJ and I would lift and work on specific skill sets before practices, that way we were improving ourselves as athletes and still emphasizing team play in our team practices. In those times that we worked out KJ always pushed others to higher standards when in the gym, and would never feel uncomfortable taking any criticism or giving any constructive criticism, still to this day I could still see the drive and KJ and I trust wherever he is he will continue to show his dedication and ambitions.

My trainer KJ is really good at his skills training. Every drill we did could be used in a game like situation .. he helped me develop more rhythm and a tighter handle.
