About Cedrick

Hello My Name is Coach Cedrick McCullough . I'm the Head Basketball Training for Chicago. Performance Training. I'm Former Professional. Basketballer. I have over 10 years of Professional Experience, I've played in variety of countries such as France, Russia, Israel, Argentina and Australia. My service is Developing Youth Players to Professional. Players. The players I trained are Derrick Rose, Dwayne Wade, Dwight Howard, Earl Clarke , Iman Shumphert and Enes Kanter. My Passion and Goal in Player Development is that every player leaves my Training Session a better and smart. player(Basketball I.Q).

I Enjoy seeing my clients improve their game over the 4 or 8 weeks of training. I get my joy watching players making there AAU Team, High School Team, College All. Conference, or Getting Drafted to the NBA.

I Started Teaching Skill Development at the age of 26 when played Professionally in Australia.

I'm a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa. I led UNI to there first ever NCAA Tournament, with a Victory of Missouri Tiger. I Coach Varsity Mens Basketball at Proviso East. I Coach players that went on to play Division 1 Basketball such as ...Keith Carter Sun-Times All Stater - Valparaiso University. Javon Carter- All-Area- West Virginia. Paris Lee - ILL State.(P.O.Y) Defensive P.O.Y} Sterling. Brown -Sun-Times All-Stated(SMU).Drafted 46th pick Milwaukee Bucks. Brandon Jenkins (LSU). and the list goes on and on.

About the lesson

I Give all my Students a Training Evaluation, Which Deals with the Basic Basketball Skill Development. We start off with proper Stretching and Dynamic Warm Ups. Agility ladders, hurdles speed cones. As a Trainer I want to see if the student athlete's has good cardio. After a good sweat and warm up. Then we start off with ball handling drills. I most evaluate the player ball handling skills to see if can dribble with his or her right and left hand. 2) I check on a players shooting fundamentals, we start off with form shooting before we do any shooting, after we get our shooting elbow and wrist loose then we work on 5 spot shooting drill. lay-ups..mid range jump shots and 3pointers.After and hour of high intensity workout. I will be able to evaluate his Or her strength and weakness in basketball.
