About August

I have 20 plus years of playing, coaching and teaching basketball. I'm a USA gold certified coach, A.C.E.Personal trainer and a jr. NBA coach. I believe in teaching basketballl fundalmentals, and a strong advocate of proper conditioning.

I absolutely love the sport of basketball. Money does not drive me to assist and teach basketball love of the sport does and this is shown throughout my sessions i have a real passion for this game and what i do

I'm a USA certified gold coach, ACE personal trainer, jr NBA coach I have a A.A.S. in physical education as well as I attend coaches clincs throughout the year continually developing and learning this craft, i also do film break down as a training tool for myself as wel as do webinars for things like Read and react offense, Coach K's defensive situational videos and i have spent 1 year or more observing 2 hall of fame coaches in coaching and practice situations Ray Meyer (Depaul), Jerry Takanian (UNLV) over the course of my career in basketball i assisted or trained 15-20 McDonald's all-americans, 50-60 Division 1 athletes, 10-15 NBA players active and retired, 10 division 2 and 3 players, countless number of Chciago public and catholic league players.

About the lesson

I make assesments then ask players/clients what they feel they need or want to work on as i do not want to have every client doing same things workout wise because i do not want to have cookie cutter workouts every player is different and shoud know what they want to work on as well as me implementing what i feel clients/players athletes need.
