About Sheena
I will teach you how to be a good rebounder, shooter, a good finisher, a good ball handler etc. I played basketball for a decade and was offered a 4 yr scholarship to a Divison 2 school. I also coached for NCSL (Neighborhood Community Sports League) some years ago an love to see progess even if your just learning the game. I can improve your skills and condition your mind, that will develop you into a winner. I'm played Volley for sometime in highschool as well.
I started teaching by training new players that joined my team in school.
I played sports all through high school and college.

We will start out with stretching, and the conditioning the body. Then we would start learning the fundamentals of the game if the player is bot familiar with them. Lastly, from there we will work on the least strongest fundamentals that the player has.
