About Phillip

I've been involved with basketball as a the head of skill development and coach for over 15 years. I currently coach at both the high school and AAU levels. My past also includes coaching at a post grad/prep school and running an NCAA certified scouting service.

My current clients range from beginners(new to basketball and young ages) to Pros (3 guys currently playing in the NBA, several in the NBA G league, and several more playing overseas) many I've worked with since middle or high school.

We work at game speed on skills that transfer into game situations, our primary focus is translation and in game conditioning. With great comfort in developing shooting, ball handling, finishing, and iq. We're able to grow PGs, wings, forwards, and interior players with training relative to where they most need growth for production and longevity.

Just this year we've have several prospects make there 1st school team, some that have never played in any team prior. We can do the same for your prospect too!
