About Derrick
I have been a baseball coach for over 16 yrs, and 11 as a head high school coach. I know what coaches are looking for, and first each player must have a undrrstanding and foundation to grow from. Young baseball players must have basic fundmentals , know their strengths, develop them, and be ready when their time comes. Some players develop faster than others, and that is ok!
Teaching so every player feels they will have a chance when the opportunity presents itself.
16 yrs as a high school coach. 4 as assistant baseball coach, 11 as head baseball coach, and 1 as head softball coach.
