About Aaron
I have always been passionate about baseball and more specifically the hitting aspect of the game and the pyschological and mental keys to success that goes along with the physical training and conditioning. I'm a high energy type of guy but I have a cerebral approach to hitting. I continue to enjoy learning about hitting and mental approaches necessary to give the highest chance for success. Preparation and mindset are key cornerstones to a good ball player.
