About Coach BJ
I am more than a sports coach, I am a "Life Coach!" I have been coaching baseball/softball for 14 years! My Wife and I opened our skill school 3 years ago (High Five Sports) and we have 5 children of our own that are in multiple different sports! Working with athletes between the ages of 7-20, I have developed a wide range of communication techniques that are fitting for all ages!
As a Sac State graduate (Degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology), my goal in life is to mentor the youth! I used to want to be a school teacher. However, having been raised playing multiple sports, I found an avenue to touch people's lives outside of the classroom, THE SPORTS FIELD! There is nothing more gratifying than watching a "coachable kid" at work! I can diagnose a swing just like that, and come up with 2 or 3 drills to correct a flaw! Anyone that wants to get better (coachable), will see immediate results under my direction!

Perfect! Coach BJ is an exceptional trainer. He focuses on the mindset of the player, first. From there he works on the physical mechanics. He's motivating and really takes the time to know the player and what he needs to focus on. My son's confidence and physical ability has definitely improved and continues to. I highly recommend coach BJ.
