Our son has worked with Dave for two seasons, and we could not be more pleased with the growth and knowledge he has attained. The individualized instruction is excellent and no detail is overlooked. While expectations are high, the players are constantly challenged which keeps them motivated. Dave and his coaching staff are people of integrity, knowledgeable, and relate well to the players. In addition, they emphasize the importance of accountability, responsibility, and character development.

This is our 2nd year with Coach Tucker and the Lightning program and the improvement we've seen in our son's abilities has been impressive. The group of coaches that Dave Tucker has assembled is amazing, not only for their skills in all areas of the game (including the oft-forgot mental aspects) but for their genuine caring for their players. Our son has truly enjoyed the hours and hours he's spent with Lightning, to include the drills, the private lessons, the games, and the comraderie with his teammates and his coaches. He's grown as a player and a young man. We have no qualms about recommending Lightning Baseball to our friends and we plan on enrolling our 12 year-old son in the near future.

The coaches at Lightning Baseball provide the boys a positive baseball experience. You can tell immediately they have a high level of playing/coaching experience. They focus on every detail, and teach the boys how to succeed at a "game of failure". Not an easy task. I've watched boys energized after full day workouts ready for more. I'm thoroughly impressed with their approach to the game and what it's done for both of my sons' improvement and love of the game.

Dave Tucker and and his staff are truly amazing! The past few years they have helped my son develop his baseball skills, his confidence, and his sense of being! They truly care for each athlete and want nothing more than their success! Their approach is alway honest and effective. My son wouldn't be where he is today without their support, lessons, and honesty.

Our son Spencer has been with Dave Tucker and the Lightning Baseball program since 8th grade. We are now in our fifth and final year and could not speak any higher of the quality and integrity of the program and the coaches. I feel they have fully prepared our son for his entry into the college level baseball he is pursuing. Dave and the coaches make it feel like a family and truly care about the players and their ambitions.
