About Jay
Hello, my name is Jay Pennock. I have been training youth baseball players for the past 6 years from ages 6 to 14. Currently coaching 11u travel baseball team pretty well known throughout Florida. Baseball is a passion of mine and a great tool to learn life lessons while training and learning the game itself. Not only a physical but emotional and mental development leads to successful ballplayers. Allow me to gear your child with not only the fundamentals and mechanics of the game but also the mental strength to keep composure and persevere thru this sports ups and downs.
Results. Seeing a child break through a barrier that was once holding them back from performing at their highest potential is the focus of our training. Physically and mentally strengthening an athletes performance and knowledge of baseball are what we do. Seeing a players production is the most rewarding feeling as a coach/trainer.

First steps after speaking with parent or athlete about what areas need work will be followed by an assessment workout. Drills geared toward the progression in lacking areas as well as advising techniques to help maintain mental control that will in turn help physical progress on and off the field.
