About Luis
My name is Alex Rios. Former College pitcher. Overcame 2 different injuries (broken humerus and Tommy Jhon surgery). I've played baseball my entire life getting to play in different programs in Venezuela and USA, gaining knowledge on arm care, strength and conditioning and recovery program.
My main focus is create a strong base on the athlete and work in top of that. I focus a lot on the physical condition, this sport is much easier when our body is ready to give us what we're asking for. Mental part is also a big aspect that I work with my players, confidence and develop the mental strength to overcome the adversities that the sport will bring is something that makes a big impact on the player's career.

Coach Alex is great! He conducts his lessons based off the players feedback, and will make adjustments accordingly. He’s very professional, always on time, gives advice, and communicates to both parent and child. Highly recommend!
He doesnt give up on my mechanics. He is there on time for the most part. He stays late for the lesson. And he works hard.
