About Sean

I own and operate the 643 Baseball Club youth organization. As well as the DuPage county hounds collegiate team. I played ball at Indiana state and have been coaching ever since. I received my master’s in business administration from Robert Morris university while coaching there. I also coached at Benedictine university.

I primarily work out of diamond edge academy in willowbrook. I also have batting cages in my backyard in Lemont.

I have coached 25+ players who have been drafted or played professionally including the current shortstop for the St. Louis Cardinals.

Hearing about success stories and getting my clients to achieve there goals. Whether it is to play in High School or College, I work with any age.

I have batting cages in my backyard and started giving lessons to neighborhood kids when I was in High School. When I was done playing I wanted a Master's degreee, found a coaching job to pay for this degree and just kept coaching.

I have played and coached my entire life. I run a youth organization as well as own a college team. I also have a MBA.

Get to know the individual and what their goals are throughout the first session. It is also important for them to get to know and trust me.

Session two, get as much information out as possible.

Session three and beyond, work hard!

I have worked with as young as 5 years old to as good as profesional baseball players. I also work with softball players.

Make sure you find someone you like and that fits well with you and your personality. I like to work. Other coaches like to talk. I get the information out there and give you the tools to be successful. A lot of instructors like to waste time talking. The only way to get better is to actually do it!

Former player of mine, Shortstop Paul DeJong signing the biggest contract with the least amount of MLB service time.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Where am I at right now, and where do I want to be 3 months from now, 6 months from now, a year from now, three years from now.

What kind of plan should I set to achieve these goals?
