About Chris Carrillo
Chris Carrillo is into his tenth season as the Rattlers Head Baseball Coach. A 2000 Pueblo Central graduate, Carrillo is an OJC alumnus who played on the 2001 Region IX Championship Team. He was an NJCAA All-American infielder.
After graduating from OJC in 2002, Carrillo went on to play at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Carrillo completed his bachelor’s degree in sociology at Adams State College in 2006 and his master’s degree in physical education in 2010. Carrillo was Otero’s assistant coach for four years prior to being named head coach and has been at Otero for a total of 13 years as a coach.
