About Elijah
While working with me you will learn the fundamentals of the game in all aspects. Making sure you understand body posture, isolated movements and things of that nature. While it is important to know what it feels like to move your body in the right way, I put a great deal of importance on the mental aspect of the game and training for the game. I’ve coached in college at the D3 level for one year and have coached high level travel baseball for 6 years. I specialize in defense for infielders and outfielders, teaching angles to the ball and how to throw the ball harder and more efficiently. I teach all my clients to hit differently due to height/weight differences it is counterproductive to teach ever hitter the same way. I tailor workouts to the players needs to ensure progress in the players overall game.
