About Stephan
At Starlight Ballroom we understand that dancing is fun and we like to keep it that way. Learning Ballroom will teach you how to Lead and Follow with a Partner. which is in Essene the main concept behind Ballroom Dancing. Learning how to dance has many benefits of the Mind, Body, and Spirit. You will also learn social skills from dancing that can and will apply to all aspects of your life. So if you like to have fun and meet new people Ballroom Dancing can help with all those thing!
I love to dance!! Dancing is a very basic need, It can bring joy into your life. When you are dancing nothing else matters at that moment which is very therapeutic. Dancing is beneficial in many ways both mental and physically. Music makes you feel good so being able to dance good to good music is even better!!
