About Cole
Offering professional services, instruction, and other consultation in Ballroom and Latin Dance(other forms of dance are available upon specifically tailored situations when requested), Yoga(Yin, Hot, Restorative, Terapeutic, and more), Massage Therapy Services(Thai Yoga, Sports, Deep Tissue), and other Holistic Wellness Services in the Los Angeles, Burbank, Long Beach, and Orange County areas. Physical location private and group lessons available, or travel to clients location available, depending on which service.
My teaching style is dedicated, passionate, without a drop of intimidation. I am aware that it is a sheer privelege to be in the life of every single one of my students. I do not need to talk the talk, I choose to let my dancing speak for itself with open arms for everyone who wants to participate. I believe positive reinforcement paired with a fiercely intense dedication and quality control is the best approach. And if you want to compete, great. If you want date night, great!
For yoga and massage, I utilize a very well rounded understanding of the body and how it moves, how it feels, and how it is mechanically structured to help my clients live a better life. Healing, always. Thats my goal.
Professionally competeing in ballroom dance 15 years, and dancing since childhood. Multiple regional titles with a national title. Choreography, wedding preparation, and competition are all available lesson structures. Group, private, and social parties are all available.
Teaching yoga for ten years.
Licensed in massage therapy for five years. Specializing in myofascial release.
