About Maya
I’ve been a tutor for 5 years now, I’ve tutored sciences and maths at the high school and university level and was formerly employed tutoring first year chem at a university. I’m currently in medical school and I’ve written the full length MCAT and have been through the application and interview process myself.

I’ve been tutoring for 5 years now, I’ve tutored for high school and university level math, bio, chem, organic chem, physics, and psych. I took the MCAT in my second year and scored a 516 (129 CARS) and was able to get into multiple medical schools after my third year of undergrad. I like to incorporate a lot of analogies and memory aids into practice and I emphasize application over memorization to make the most out of study time!
